Individual Therapy

FEE $185 PER 45 MINUTE SESSION

If you’ve experienced perinatal trauma we want you to first know that you’re not alone. Perinatal trauma can be incredibly isolating and all-consuming, but there is hope. Treatment is not only possible but highly effective.

Our goal is to help you feel seen and validated in your perinatal trauma while working with you to find a path forward. Together, we’ll unpack your feelings related to your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience, while establishing ways to cope with your current symptoms.

COUPLES Therapy

FEE $225 PER 45 MINUTE SESSION

Perinatal trauma often impacts relationships. If you are in a relationship, trying to conceive, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum may all involve your partner. If trauma occurs, they experience it too, but often in a different way. Perinatal trauma can leave two people in a relationship traumatized in completely different ways, trying to navigate that trauma in their own, very different, ways.

Therapy can help you and your partner better understand one another and the ways in which you both experienced the trauma or distress. As your therapist, our goal is to guide you through the darkness of perinatal trauma and hand you the flashlights, so you can work towards finding each other in the darkness again.

Schedule a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit for you.
